CANCELLATION POLICY
I understand that circumstances may arise which require you to cancel or reschedule your appointment. In order to provide the best service to all my clients, I ask for your corporation with the cancellation policy. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so will result in a cancellation fee of 50% of the service cost. If you do not show up to your appointment without any prior notice (“no call, no show”) you will be charged 70% of the service cost as a cancellation fee.
